  • The order failed due to technical issues on our side.
  • Duplicate payments were made accidentally.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in cases such as:

  • Client provided an incorrect or broken link.
  • The order was partially delivered but matched the selected package.
  • The user violated our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your account and refuse future services. Please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
